Beatty and Crum Qualify for Districts |

Senior Ryan Beatty and Freshman Kelsey Crum both qualified for districts at their meet at Bermudian on September 15th. The Canner boys and girls teams ran against several other schools, and many runners had time improvements from the previous week.
Ryan Beatty led the Biglerville boys team with a time of 20:03. It was Beatty's first meet of the season. Completing the top five for Biglerville were: Jon Troutman, CJ Seils, Justin Kelly, and Curtis Flickinger.
Kelsey Crum led the girls team with her time of 23:39. Rounding out the top five girls for Biglerville were: Jessica Allen, Julia Bolin, Savannah Rosensteel, and Ivy Gantz. The girls hoped to beat Bermudian for a second week in a row, but fell short without their lead runner Danielle Prior. The girls team did defeat York-Tech in their second match-up against them this season.
The next meet is an invitational at Big Spring on Saturday. |
